Pepper & Swiss Cheese eggs with turkey bacon

For those days when you want a bigger breakfast without a lot of extra points.

Cooking spray
1 tablespoon water
2 eggs
3 slices turkey bacon
1 slice of Swiss cheese
as many diced peppers as you like
Coat a microwave-safe mug with cooking spray, add water and eggs. Microwave on high for about a minute, checking periodically. When eggs are half-way done, add in peppers and cheese, and nuke until finished. Microwave turkey bacon on high about a minute to a minute and a half, depending on your microwave.
