Home made carrot chips

The only Points Plus is for the oil used. Easy to make, and they taste great! Just peel a few carrots into slices, coat with oil (or cooking spray) and season with salt or the seasoning of your choice. I used Curly French Fry Seasoning on mine. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
