Bleh! Up Again!

I’ve been tracking, trying to stick to my Daily Points Plus Target, AND I went to the gym three days this past week. What was my reward? A 2.6 lb GAIN! It’s a bit frustrating, to say the least.

Good thing the topic for this week is “shaking things up”. I think I really need to take a look at what I’ve been doing and make a few changes!
