I’m Rehearsing for Maintenance

I seem to have been kicking around the same 5 pounds or so for the past few months, similar to when I was trying to get under the 200 pound mark. On the positive side, I’ve stayed within the same 5 pounds, and am at a comfortable weight for me. I think part of my issue is being too comfortable, and I need to re-focus.

I also now have an added means of being accountable – my new Wii Fit. I will be very happy when I no longer hear the ever-so cheerful “That’s overweight!” during my daily morning Body Test! If you don’t have a Wii Fit, I highly recommend it! I have now mastered the Advanced Step and Hula Hoop. Next on my list is to try the Rhythm Boxing and do a lot more of the Yoga and Strength Training exercises. I’ll need the upper body strength if I plan to finish this Mud Run in October!
