How to Get “Re-motivated”

What’s worked for me is to try something new. Doesn’t really matter what, as long as it’s something different that you can get excited about.

One day, for me it was cooking my meals for the week ahead. Some days, it’s going food shopping and choosing some different foods to try. (Mango chutney and frozen yuca fries are two recent discoveries.)

Just try something different so you don’t feel you’re getting into a rut.
