and today is going to be even better.
What went well – I tracked and for most of the day, I stayed on plan. I drank my water, and I didn’t have my recent afternoon 6 point “party mix” bag. Right before bed though, I went for the jar of peanut butter. I need to work on this. For some reason, I need to eat something literally right before I go to bed. It’s not hunger, just habit or something.
Activity-wise, I was a slug, but that was okay because I had a fairly active few days prior to that. I’m re-discovering my Wii Fit Plus, which is a good thing!
